Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Cyber Technician, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any official rules displayed for a specific giveaway campaign. If you do not agree, do not participate in a campaign or connect an account.
2. Platform purpose
Cyber Technician provides technology content, public giveaway information, campaign participation, campaign tasks, video knowledge quizzes, campaign entries, loyalty XP and transparent winner announcements.
3. Accounts
Some functions require Google Sign-In. You must use an account that belongs to you and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and must not create duplicate or deceptive accounts to obtain additional entries.
4. Campaign-specific official rules
Every campaign may publish separate official rules covering eligibility, age, location, start and end times, available tasks, entry values, prizes, winner categories, draw procedure, verification requirements and claim deadlines. Campaign-specific rules take precedence where they conflict with general promotional text.
5. Entries and XP
Campaign entries are awarded only for valid completed or verified tasks. More verified entries increase a participant’s weighted chance but never guarantee a prize. XP is a separate loyalty measure and does not automatically equal giveaway entries unless a campaign explicitly states otherwise.
6. Google and YouTube authorization
Users may voluntarily grant read-only YouTube permission for YouTube-related eligibility verification. Cyber Technician does not use read-only permission to modify a user’s YouTube account. Users may revoke authorization through their Google Account settings.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Creating fake, automated, stolen or duplicate participant accounts.
- Manipulating watch progress, quizzes, referrals, task completion or entry calculations.
- Submitting irrelevant, abusive, misleading or spam comments for campaign credit.
- Providing false identity, location, membership or eligibility information.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform, database, draw, audit records or other users.
8. Verification and disqualification
Entries may remain pending until verified. Cyber Technician may review a provisional winner’s identity, eligibility and task records. Fraudulent, invalid or policy-violating entries may be removed, and a provisional winner may be disqualified if verification fails or the claim deadline is missed.
AI/OCR screenshot analysis is risk-scored supporting evidence, not a guarantee of platform activity. A negative official provider result cannot be overridden by a screenshot, and uncertain, duplicate or manipulation-flagged evidence may require human review.
9. Winner selection
Unless official campaign rules state otherwise, winners are selected from verified weighted entry records using the disclosed campaign draw method. A participant may receive only the number of prizes permitted by the campaign rules. Selection remains provisional until verification and acceptance are completed.
10. Platform availability
We may correct errors, suspend tasks, postpone a draw, extend verification, or cancel or modify a campaign where reasonably necessary because of technical failure, fraud, legal requirements, YouTube or Google policy changes, force majeure or circumstances that threaten fairness.
11. Intellectual property
Cyber Technician branding, original website content and campaign materials may not be copied or misrepresented without permission. YouTube videos and third-party marks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
12. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Technician is not responsible for interruptions, user-device problems, third-party platform outages, lost connectivity or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Contact
